New to me. It's an '07 with 14K miles. I love it already. I was getting sick of the S10's little cab space and its engine. This thing came with the tow package amongst other things. I got the ill 7 year, 100,000 mile bumper-to-bumper warranty on it along with Lojak.

Real good price. A temporary possibility until I can find/afford a good trailer.

I'd rather buy a trailr than spend that much for a ramp. Or just put up with the hassle of a much cheaper ramp.

I love those trucks. I want one with the full-size 4 doors, just can't afford it. I had one of those small harbor freight trailers years ago and it worked just fine for towing my 4-wheeler. You'd only be able to get one bike on it, though. My brother bought a trailer from somewhere else that actually had rails on it, making it much easier for the bikes. I'll have to get the website from him.

I'm looking at some cat back exhausts. I think I may get one sooner than I thought.

I'm hoping the ramp is the way to go. I have an extended cab. So I can get all my tools and luggage in the truck. I've been borrowing a trailer, and it's been a PITA. Plus, I have no place to park a trailer at my house

Borla, Magnaflow or Flowmaster. Don't know too much about brands and all that yet. Like, I don't know if there's new companies out there that are competing with the big companies, but I like the sounds of the three I mentioned.

Don't get Borla extremes. The drone will drive you nuts on long drives.

I'll proly get the cheapest model. But the stereo will help drown(?) out the exhaust. I want an exhaust that I can hear over my stereo so I can find my shift points without looking at the dash. Probably because that's how it is with my bike, so I want my truck like that too.

Thats why you sport a dual axle trailer they handle much better on the highway. I love pulling a trailer simply because it makes mefeel all macho n shit....

I put Borlas on my truck and it sounds great at idle and when you gas it. But in the 1500-1900 RPM range (Highway speed) It just drones. Guess where you will spend most of the time ? 1500-1900 RPM. You can find one that will not drone badly-with a little research.

I think you are talking about the receiver. That is the piece on the truck. Here is a hitch. Not bad price either. You could probably Flebay it even cheaper.

I believe you are talking about the ball mount.

They range in price from $20-$60ish, depending on what you get.

I have one with a shock in it for pulling heavier trailers, takes some of the jerk out of starting/stopping. ran me $50, and is awesome for heavy loads.

for just a bike/atv trailer, a standard ball mount will do ya fine.

Nice Truck DLit! TOYOTA FTMFW!

I personally would just buy a big(ish) utility trailer (something with a little weight) not a little bike trailer that a prius could pull... cause at speed (especially empty) that thing is gonna whip around really easy. it's fuck'n anoying... and you'll end up just loading it in the bed... :2cents:

throw some BFG A/T's on the bitch... best tires made PERIOD!

Really love the Tacoma have always wanted one of those. 20mph isnt to bad for that truck... its got a really strong engine and a bunch of power stored in there. Right now im getting about 70 on the TWFix and 28 in the Nissan Frontier. Its a 98 so its not one of the bigger ones and its only got a 4-cyl which sometimes sucks but it has benefits as in fuel economy.

18's are pretty cheap nowadays-more money for trackdays. 45 or 50series would look good if you went 20's with the right offset and lowered it 2/3. dark tint, and away you go
