so finally got my knee down... wasn't really trying either... just work'n on getting my ass off the seat.

got rid of my chicken strips in the process... all in all a good day on the Gap.


should be fun tomorrow.

I've made the trip up a few times now, Im just jealous he's there without me. That and with a bike that doesnt run, I cant ride up there and make a pass Wednesday night.

:gofurslf: Ass. I inherited the Tom Tom from the hubby thank you very much. Its actually performed comparable to the Garmins I've used. Ive got no complaints brandwise, but I sure as hell dont wanna pay $40 to update and then pay for another year.

the road shows up, but it's just says Road for it. You still can't type in the address. Put you can point to it and it will take you there.

Aight, in that case, can ya PM me directions to your place? My maps show as far as Harrison Road (if thats even a valid street). Last time I was following Ebbs in the dark, I cant remember how to get there.

What, you mean I beat you to it?? I got mine down two weeks after the Rally in WV. :rockwoot: I'm not consistent, but I did it a few times on an overnighter. Still got chicken strips though. Comes of having freakishly long legs :lol

Hell yea!!! Perfect I can meet you in Raleigh and go! I would have gone last week but I didn't relish riding up there solo. I can't do much until about the 10th or so, hopefully anyway. I won't be very talkative which could actually be a plus!!!!:lol: In any case, if at all possible I would love to go to the Gap next month!!!

Hey I'm all in!!! If you know a couple other "worthy" people, that's cool with me. DGMR is only $60 per night so this is a really cheap trip. Approximately 3 tanks and $30 per night... no problem.

I wish I could make it, but I've still got some repairs to do to my bike. It didn't fare so well at VIR North and I need to get it ready for Summit Point 9/7.
Damn! Can't do it that weekend or I'd go to Indy! Hopefully fast can do it after the 10th.I'm 100% in, no worries! When I get back from the track on the 7th I'll put her back in street mode and be ready to go!
