Still he's a piece of shit douchebag.

Ted dedicated his life to make America better country. Always looking after poorer citizens of this country. For his life long service to this country you want to piss on his grave?
Just what have you sacrificed for this country????????? Vator correct me if I am wrong, but you are public servant living off us tax payers?
Ted could have just lived high life, said screw normal Americans.
I thank Ted for his service to this country, which he did not have to do.

1. he was a murdering drunk who only did services when it benefited him in some way
2. public servants don't live off taxpayers, the lazy fucks that kennedy "helped" do
3. the guy did live the high life, when money isn't enough people turn to power and that is what he did. i never wished the guy ill will but claiming he is a hero is a fucking stretch

 I don't think I've ever agreed with much of anything that you've posted here or on other forums that I've seen you post on.

Some things never change.

1. he was a murdering drunk who only did services when it benefited him in some way
2. public servants don't live off taxpayers, the lazy fucks that kennedy "helped" do
3. the guy did live the high life, when money isn't enough people turn to power and that is what he did. i never wished the guy ill will but claiming he is a hero is a fucking stretch

Now I do agree with this.

Pineapple up the ass like hitler you'd think?

Hero? no. Public servant? Barely, fucking barely. He'd have to have the actual fucking PUBLIC's best interest in hand rather than his fucking lacky lobbyists.

And being burried in Arlington I don't necessarily agree with either.

Cause he was probably hitting it. It's not unusual for people to get in cars with drunk people. Otherwise we wouldn't happen to have so many drunk driving fatalities. This was awhile back too, we didn't have MADD all over this issue.

you arent helping your case out here at all. the obvious counter to this would be if he wasnt that drunk why did he drive off the bridge and forget about the girl for eight hours? guess what? you're right back to murder.

this is a lost cause guy, you'd do better to go back to trying to explain to us why a spinning rock making endless loops around an out of control fission reactor isint supposed to change temperature :lmao:

Really?? Most DUI deaths are DUI driver killing himself or killing people in cars he hits.
Done my share of partying last 30 years, would never get in car of wasted person.
Back in 60's you had to be really wasted to get DUI.
Guess when Laura Bush dies you guys will be pissing on her grave also. She killed person driving while wasted.

Laura Bush ran a stop sign and killed someone. Authorities said they weren't drinking. Unlike Teddy, who fled the scene and was long gone before any cop got there. Nice try though.

Not everyone is bright enough to not get in a car with a drunk person, especially when they were probably intoxicated themselves.

I would piss of any DUI homicide grave. Sorry, I have lost family to that crime. I do not feel compassion for individuals who commit these acts.

Nice try, Laura came from very well connected family in Texas. That police report said what ever her dad wanted.
Lets face it, Ted could have stayed even if he was drunk, police report would say what ever he wanted.
My guess he panicked took off with out thinking.

He didn't "panic and take off without thinking". He and two friends were screwing around trying to swim to the car. He could have stayed there all night long because no emergency workers knew about it until someone else saw his car in the water the next morning. Kennedy never called the authorities about it, the people who found the car did.

You are assuming things about Laura Bush's incident that are contrary to everything that has been reported. It is not known what condition Ted was in. Regardless of whether he was drunk or sober he still left a woman in his submerged car for a night and NEVER reported it to anyone until after she had already been found.

You would think after 40 years the guy would admit he was drunk and left the girl in the car because he didn't want the rap of killing someone while driving drunk. Coward IMO.

He dedicated his life to taking from Peter to pay lazy ass Paul all while padding his pockets. Let's not even start with this ties to the KGB during the 80s.

There's a reason why this is the first that you've heard of it. The information supposedly came from memos that were released from the KGB archives. One author supposedly got hold of a 'copy' of the memos, received from a third party, then added the information to a book that he published about politics in the Reagan era.

All of the references that I've ever seen regarding this issue go back to these same 'memos', with or without referencing the author (Paul Kengor) as the source. It's been kicked around the blogosphere for a while.

Just goes to show that if you repeat the same bullshit enough, people will start to accept it as fact.

Ted Kennedy left a girl in his backseat while she drowned while he was drunk. It's a proven fact and he got away with it. How does comparing him to anyone else lessen the severity of what he did? And as a senator he supported countless measures that were designed to take money form those who earned it and give it to those who didn't, as well as erode the individual rights of American citizens. In this he is in the company of many other government officials you could name, but just because he wasn't alone in these acts doesn't in any way make him less guilty. He will be punished, as will we all. Support him if you want, but I'd be surprised if you could give me a good reason why.
