tough call. we all sign the forms when we buy guns that say we won't allow a minor to get to them. If a minor gets a hold of the gun we will be charged.

that said I think she is probably going to suffer enough that she doesn't need to be charged.

Insult to injury.
She claims she did not know the gun was loaded and on her bed.
It belonged to her BF.
He should be getting all the charges unless they can prove that she knew about it, and that the kids were playing with it.
