i would but i dont think 7 feet will make a big difference, plus it would be too much trouble to move that old Chevette thats up on blocks

How are they getting in? Also what is the reason they are coming in? any small pets or possibly a rodent problem?

A cat will take care of that for you. :dthumb:

Exactly. You have a rodent problem, not a snake problem. Snakes DO NOT want to be near people... They go where the food is... And they eat rodents. Get rid of the mice and the snakes will go...

There's actually some Snake-B-Gon you can buy at Lowes or HD.

Yeah, you've gotta eliminate their food source to be rid of them.

Oh yeah, and snakes are your friends! hey, if not for them, you'd be posting up about the rat problem you'd be having.

If you think the are coming in through doors or windows sprinkle a line of 20Mule Team Borax along the seals. It irritates their belly and they won't cross.

Kill one and burn it next to your house

That's the old wives tale

Maybee you can kill them and hang them around the house as a warning to the other ones, "stay away"

I wonder... you haven't had any problems with your tv going all staticey have you? Flies in the window sill? Blood seeping from the walls? Maybe you should call...

I'd call an exterminator or the county animal control for ideas.:idk:

If you just need to catch the one(s!) that may be in there, you can turn the AC down really low, like cold and put a heating pad on the floor. They will cuttle up right on it.

There's a breed of Gorillas that eat them. Get some. Then when winter rolls around, the Gorillas simply freeze to death. Problem solved.

Find out how they are getting in; how difficult can it be? Be sure to check your dryer vent. Are there any piece of lattice or bushes that are close to your house and near a window or some other point of entry? Etc.

Look guys...Like most things in life, the Simpsons have already dealt with this issue before in one way or another...

After the town gets overran with pigeon eating Lizards...

"Lisa worries that the town will now become infested by lizards rather than the pigeons, but Skinner assures her that they will send in Chinese Needle Snakes, then snake-eating gorillas, and then "winter will take care of the rest.""

take a dump at each entry to the house. Snakes don't like steaming piles of shit in their house. They will find a cleaner family to obaminate in.

I'm not sure about snakes but if you spread human hair (male works better cause of no dyes) around the house it will keep rodents away.
