and you are inncoent in traffic court when? Trust me you are guilty until proven guilty, then they just bitch slap you some more.

The idea behind it with red light cameras (and speed cameras) is since there is no criminal element to the citations (no points), only a fine, the state can do whatever they want. I disagree and think the use of the devices is bullshit.

Something like that.

Its not a "crime"...its a "violation" pf state code therefore all the normal legal stuff is out the door.

YET you can be charged with a crime and arrested for not paying the fines.

As lame as it is I love this answer... So how do you fight an undeserved red light camera ticket in Baton Rouge? Unfortunately, the news station wasn’t able to get that answer for their viewers. For now, there’s only one way: embarrass the ticket camera company through the local media.

Red Light Camera are just another way for The Man to get your money!!! :gofurslf:
