When it is windy out, do you find that you are more sore afterward?
Umm yeh, I weigh all of 95 lbs wet, I gotta fight the hell out of the wind just to keep it straight

This is more of a problem for you flatlanders, but I can see how it could occur in extreme conditions. I don't recall really feeling any more sore after riding in pretty bad winds though.

I did a run across PA on I80 2 years ago, and it was solid wind the entire way, I pretty much flat spotted a set of tires off to the side from that ride. It was about the hardest riding I've ever done

Yes. When the wind is blowing you back & forth across the lane, I find that I subconsciously tense up, so by the time you get home, you're exhausted and sore.

Yes, but then I started riding with pants on.

mostly my neck, but i am 100lbs and my bike is 265lbs with no wind protection. It does get pretty windy here in the desert, we get wind advisory alerts, i literally get blown all over the place, esp when there is a truck coming the other side.

Nope. Wind doesn't bother me too much- but I don't have to deal with constant wind, usually gusts. Occasionally it gets hairy dicing it up with much larger traffic (semis) because depending on the vehicle shape, they make some weird wake. Just learn to stay loose, the bike wants to go straight. Clamping down can fuck you over.
