So I got a response from the guy.

Yeh send me your money man, I will take it. In fact give me your address i'll start the process to send it to you, and put it in the mail as soon as I get my wire transfer. Dude this is totally legit remember that, completely legit, this is completely a real bike and not a scam. Seriously its not a scam.
