i like spirited rides :) me and a few others on here never see under triple digits on backroads, and always 189 in the straights.

to me its boring if i roll at a slow pace when you know in your head just how much faster you really can go :)

today
Slowblack05 / Jermey )went down hard last night havent got all the the details yet but from what i have gather a car cut him off at a high rate or speed totaling his new bike frame crack ect...

as of now he is in ICU it not life threatening but he did get f-up as far as his injuries he broke a couple ribs and a couple fingers and i believe there is more

ill keep everyone updated

y'all just wish him a speedy recovery.....

there are old riders

- Broke right shoulder

- All ribs on one side are broke

- a few broken fingers

- Fractured wrist

- Possable internal abdomen bleeding

- Possible internal brain bleeding

- Deep laceration to right side of neck

- rash ( yeah he was wearing a leather jacket and gear)

No, but nothing gets Racer X's panties wet quicker than a young rider crashing after talking about riding fast.

Not true.

Some of us are just luckier than others.

The only thing he likes more is if it is a rich kid.

This thread is Ed's wet dream. Michael Jackson

Yeah it is.

The trick to being immortal, is having the ability to laugh at the shit that's trying to kill you.

Which, in my case, is pretty much everything.

Including cake.

I heard that!

It could be luck or it could be the experience/intelligence to know how to pick your spots. I ride really hard but you can believe that I slow down and cover my brakes when ever I come to an intersection and ESPECIALLY when there's a car approaching or in it.:panic: Knowing when and where will increase your luck factor by 10 easily!

The older I get, the slower I get. I just don't heal quick anymore. Those that know me know that I have one shoulder higher than the other, that I walk with a permanent limp and that my spine looks like WV Rt9.... all from various encounters with the surface of the road or other vehicles.

The older I get, the more I've come to realize that speed on the street=decrease in available reaction time.

Some of us get to make a major mistake, live through it, and hopefully teach others not to make that same mistake. Few listen, but I'm grateful for those few.

Right click save-as? We're talking about URL's, not pictures.

Stalkerish. You're one of the few people in life I'd be happy to never hear about again. I read this board in spite of the fact you're here.
