They waxed Ottawa's ass last night. Ottawa is garbage though.

Go Wings! They got off to a rough start in Sweden but, abundantly available alcohol, cheap hookers, and a never ending supply of hashish were apparently too much of a distraction. They are 2-0 since returning home to the US.

Bout to be 2 after this season.

Who who settle down there beavis  its still early on in the season. Remember the pens werent even in playoff contention untill they went on a tear in the second half of the season.

So far the east i slooking jus tlike last year, islanders, toronto and ottawa suck, pitt and philly are the teams to beat, the sabres are off to a good start and NY and NJ are playing well.

Costly win for the sabres last night, Vaneks out for a "few weeks" with an "upper body injury" I love how they give so much detail :td:

That was an ugly game for the Wings. The Sabes shelled Osgood in the second period.

Saw some of the highlingts and was surprised to see they chased him out of the game. Seemed Miller had an easy night aside from that penalty shot he stopped.

I'm in Pitt all week on business. Drove by the Igloo last nite. Saw a championship banner hanging out front.

You guys still crying about that? Go Stars!

No, I used to be a rabid hockey fan until the strike. Haven't watched one game since then. I usually catch a few minutes of playoff hockey when it rolls around, but that's about it.

But for all those who invested time and money into watching our favorite teams they took a big dump on us. Fuck NHL.

GO STARS!!

I still love my Stars, even after the bloody strike. Going to see them play at the Shark Tank in just a few weeks, or whatever the hell it's called now. I hope Modano has a good season, I think this is the last one in his contract. He just doesn't seem to be playing as well or perhaps as consistent as someone like Chelios, so I want to see him have a good year to end on (whenever it is).
