Check out this 1975 Honda Gold Wing on Craigslist (if it's still available): http://denver.craigslist.org/mcy/649245355.html. They were naked when they first came out and a bunch of aftermarket manufacturers made fairings for it. Honda wised up soon after and made their later bikes with Honda fairings. But I think it looks great as a naked bike. Get rid of the longhorn handlebars, put on drag handlebars, lose the King/Queen seat, better pipes and you have a great naked bike. And those wire wheels, Wow.

Plus the gas tank is fake. The real gas tank is under the seat. They didn't think it would sell without a gas tank where it should be.

There is a fellow close to me with a naked wing that he has turned into RAT/Military bike of sorts. With 50 cal ammo can bags and most of the chrome gone or gun coted black it is an odd but appealing bike to me
