I HATE my underseat exhaust and my plans for any future bikes does not include one, but it sure is good on those 30-40 degree mornings or days I'm riding to stick my hands back there to warm them up:rockwoot:

There are days when the heat of the air-cooled Buell isn't so bad. Rode this bad boy in the rain this morning.

Aftermarket systems do not hold the heat in like the stock systems do.(espceially carbon ones)

Mine does not put out excessive heat, I have a scorpion slip on, for me it's the freaking exhaust fumes or me strongly smelling of exhaust fumes once I get off. Not so much a problem when recreational riding but I hate smelling like that if I ride to work in the office. This is not the case if I ride the Ninja 500 or F4I.

Not to mention being heavier and more restrictive.

Hmm, I love mine.
I dont experience this "heat" everyone always complains about. But I do live in Texas, when it's hot, it's just hot no matter what. When it's nice it's nice, cold cold...
And also the TwoBros slipon actually replaces the dual undertail I had with a single carbon pipe, it's not hot to touch, it doesn't radiate heat, and the best part is it isn't as restrictive and dropped 10lbs off my bike.

Well never really had a passenger, but then I could also gauge it by how warm my trunk contents are. Which again goes back to when it's hot it's hot, cold, etc...
