Southwest kicks mom, cranky kid off flight

That'll teach you to be a better parent. Fly tomorrow, and hope the kid will STFU then, or else you might be driving. Nobody should have to be locked in a can listening to your little monster but you.

I bet the twit sues.

Avatard, this is a rare moment- we find ourselves in agreement. There are few things I hate more than a child who will not stop screaming and a parent who will not fix it.

They could have pushed them off midflight, that would have solved a lot of problems

Of course she wants to be compenssated now. How bout paying for the time and fuel spent to return her to the gate, sure that costs a bit more then her extra nights stay. And WTF she bitching about the diapers for she needs those anyway.

I like how she wants an apology, southwest should agree. On the grounds that she write an apology letter to every other person who was on the plane at the time.

Seems like she doesnt see that the door swings both ways here.

I just want to know if she was given a warning first, or did they just ask her to get off, anyway, if you are flying with kids, feed them a dose of tylenol PM and call it a day

This wouldn't be a problem if this man was on board...

Times like that is when I strongly support late term abortion. Up to about 10 years old.

I really don't like other people's kids. In fact, I've been told that I am less tolerant than my childless friends... I've been there, done that and know it's possible to raise controlled children. I completely endorse the idea that children should be seen and not heard.

as someone that has spent many many hours on planes I completely agree with Southwest on this one. I wish more airlines would do it...there is nothing worse than being stuck on a plane with some brat that won't sit still, shut up and who's parent completely ignores it for hours...

Now if only Southwest agreed with Southwest. It would be nice if businesses would stick to their guns on stuff like this.

Maybe next Southwest could upgrade their fleet. Their seating is horrible compared to United, IMO.

Southwest is the shit when it comes to prices. Southwest is a "everyone sits together" fleet. I like cause you dont have to hear bitching from snooty people thinking they are better and deserve better.
