For what most people claim to need SUV's for, yes... wagons are the more sensible choice.

But, but..........wagons make you look like a family slave, while SUV's make you look rugged and athletic
Or so says the advertising

"You'll be able to get the CTS-V any way you want." Meaning: the CTS-V will be available in both coupe and five-door variants.
Wagons don't sell for shit. How about a ragtop?

It looks too similar to the Dodge Magnum which has fail written all over it.

I'm not much into wagons BUT if I was going to purchase one that would be on my list. There are a few others I'd look at as well.
The only "performance wagon" I've driven was the SRT-8 Dodge Magnum while attending a driving school and it was a badazz for a wagon.

What is it? If it's something like a Mazda 3 with 5 doors, I'd call that a 4-door hatchback rather than a wagon.

Nuh uh (though we ALMOST bought a Masdaspeed 3). It's a WRX (last of the previous body style; the new ones are more of a hatchback).
I need to find the .jpeg, but there's a 'motivational' poster calling the WRX wagon the "anti-mullet" - cus it's party in the front, business in the back.

That's what I thought when I saw this Caddy.
It's not a wagon, it just has an extra tall trunk. :idk:

Well, the diff. between a 2-door Golf and a 4-door Golf is just two extra doors......There is no change to the wheelbase, no change to the roofline, and no change to the hatchback lid. But when you take a sedan like a Caddy or the Dodge Charger and turn it into a wagon, the changes are a little more substantial IMO.
