As half Eskimo, half Italian being raised by Chinese Jews in the rough streets of Moscow I think I can answer this question.

White people do not tip black barbers because the expectation is that all barbers should be either Eddie Murphy or Arsenio Hall under old man make-up. When the truth comes out that the barber is neither Arsenio or Eddie, the feeling of being ripped-off occurs.
Result = no tip


White people will not tip Hispanic wait staff in odd amounts because all white people are scientolgist deep down. Scientology treats all even numbers as holy representation of the alien goat god and such amounts should only be given to fellow Scientologist.


Asian drivers are a complicated subject and need to be broken down.
Japanese: Unable to drive worth a shit because they can only travel in circles. Thats why drifting is so popular over there.

Chinese drivers can't drive because of their shorter legs and flat asses. Its a physical handicap and you should not make fun.
On a similar note, those from Hong Kong cannot drive because they are always to busy telling everyone how great people from Hong Kong are and how the Chinese invented everything. End result...they never pay attention to the road.

Koreans can't drive because Koreans believe that steering wheels are synonymous with black people and since Koreans hate black people they refuse to touch the wheel with bare hands. They only drive with their knees.

Vietnamese drivers can't drive because they carry around a zip lock bag of pho with them at all times. As per Vietnamese custom they must consume a serving of pho whenever they see a green lantern. In the US, traffic signals mess with their heads and whenever they see a green light they start eating. Therefore they too do not pay full attention to the road.
