i know ppl like osp have this day everyday, but you ever just wake up in a shitty mood, and the events of the day do not help and at the end of the day you actually want someone to look at you funny so you can tear their fucking head off and shove it in a place where the sun dont shine. some fucking days i really think i have anger issues, today is one of them. Yeah today is one of those days... not really sure what it was... I woke up had a good restfull sleep... but shit just anoyed me from the get go... Rae actually asked me about it when I was talking to her this morning... at that point I didn't feel pissed off or anything... I though she was just missunderstanding me...

but as the day's progressed I've notice EVERYTHING is pissing me the fuck off... I've taken to keeping my mouth shut all fucking day because I know in times like these I tend to loose control of my internal filter and I don't know the people here well enough to get out of it because of "a bad day".

well usually i take my kids in but one went with my wife today and the other declined because she had a test today and didn't want to miss it and screw up her grades.. but yeah future reference if they are not going i should take the day off - good idea.. it was a rough day.. its been rough the past few months.. found out today i have to work saturday and sunday and being salary i don't fucking get paid for it and then may 4 on sunday i have to work again..

Methinks I wore off on him, I'm like that all the time lately it seems, even my track day didnt seem to totally dispell it...i've gotten in the habit of hiding in my office lest I rip my receptionists throat out...and for anyone thats actually met me, I usually am mellow and totally in control of my agressive tendencies...but lately, if you even look at me funny I feel like jumping all over ya.

Driving fast and working out hard distract me for a lil bit, so does cursing loudly but thats kinda out most of the time...
