With Thanksgiving coming up on Thursday, I'm curious... what are you thankful for?
I'm thankful for good friends and a fantastic family. This year has been good to us, in many ways.
I'm thankful for the opportunities I have. My riding has gone to the next level. Not just on the track - but on the street as well. As of a week ago I was brought on by BMW as staff for 2010 - up until now I was backup, they would contact me two weeks before an event and I'd have to quickly decide if it fit into my schedule. For next year I'll be on the calendar. I'm now managing the motorcycle division of Harris Hill Road [the track] and not just simply a motorcycle trackday company.
What are you thankful for, both for riding and otherwise...

I'm glad I have a job, even if it's a crappy one.
I'm thankful to be able to ride a bike, can't imagine being stuck in a cage all the time.

The #1 thing would be my significant other. :D She's the best and I wouldn't be where I am without her.
And my family and friends... The rest all falls into play after that.
Oh and ESPECIALLY the OP for creating one of the best track companies around. ;)

Well, it's nearing a year that I've been riding now. It's great to be around to ride more, I guess  . It's cool to have made a great friend, and I'm almost done with this damn AS degree. I also just joined the honors society, and as such I'm grateful for any future scholarships that may fall into my hands (which there better damn be since I'm a broke mf).
Enough of this though.. bring on turkey day.

That I am in good health and that my family members are as well.
That the wife and I remain gainfully employed.
My kids continue to do well in all aspects of their lives, my oldest has adjusted rather well and is doing great in college as a freshman.
For the opportunities I have been provided and experiences shared throughout my life.
For all the adversity I've ever faced, which allowed me to turn lemons into lemonade.
I could go on for days, but I'm thankful for everything.
T-giving is my favorite holiday by far due to it's significance to me, spending time with family and friends etc....

I'm thankful for everything. The life I have now is better than any I hoped for and much more than I deserve. Hell, I shouldn't be alive given where I came from and what I lived like, I'm one of the lucky ones. I have a beautiful son that makes me proud and happy every day, and I'm grateful for the chance to be his father and be in his life. I'm thankful for being married to Ulu, we've been through a lot and stuck it out, and I'm very lucky not to be alone. I have a wonderful home and a great job, and I couldn't love my life more. I'm also grateful for all of you, the entertainment, advice and knowledge I benefit from on this site are very special to me. Happy Thanksgiving everybody.

I am thankful that I have survived this year thus far (knocks on wood) and learned the difference between really living and simply surviving.
And of course for the obvious things: my health, the health of my family and friends and just having family and friends, both the hubby and I both having jobs that don't appear to be going away anytime soon.

Thankful for the grace and love of God, and for his son, for being blessed with a wonderful wife, and family. A beautiful home and a means to pay for it, for my job, and for mine and my families health.
I look at the pictures from Moms recent mission trip to Honduras...and the smile on those impoverished kids faces when they received all the shoes we collected over the past few months and I realize how MUCH we have that we don't even deserve.

A lot. My friends...my family...my health...and my job top the list but there is plenty more.
I really hate when people complain all of the time and not really appreciate what they have.
We're really lucky to be living in the USA even with what is all wrong here...it's still a he11 of a lot better than what a lot of other people in other countries have.

Werd. Hey, waking up and breathing is something to be thankful for, and yet so easy to take for granted.

That all depends if you are breathing in that fart that got trapped under the covers or not...

GREAT thread, zoomie! :dthumb:
I have a long list to be thankful for. A lot of them have been listed by others.
Mostly, I'm thankful for a loving wife, a great family and a (relatively) stable income.
T-giving is my favorite holiday by far due to it's significance to me, spending time with family and friends etc....
A big ol' plus one to that.

Where do I start?
I'm thankful that my wife, my kids, and I are healthy.
I'm thankful that my kids are doing very well in school.
I'm thankful that I still have a job.
I'm thankful that my wife is "in the mood" a lot more than she has been for the last several years.
I'm thankful for my beautiful home.
I'm thankful that my father didn't die from his second stroke back in June.
I'm thankful that my in-laws are so generous. (They gave us a boat)
I'm thankful that the stock market is rebounding.
That about covers it.
