When I had to send mine in the turnaround time was 7 days. I was surprised. They just sent me a new one anyway rather than fixing mine and sending it to me. I checked the serial number when the new one showed up.

Dude, I've "known" you for a few years now. You have been an ardent supporter of; Michelin, Honda, Alpinestars, LCD vs Plasma, BMW, Garmin, Deal's Gap, Killboy, and a few ther things I can't think of right now.... I've also seen you come out against several things ardently... btw guess who finally needs a new battery...maybe. I left my alarm set for the last week or so and it's been unusually cold around here, so it was dead yesterday. I charged it for about 1/2 hour and it started right up and I road for about 1 1/2 hours. Now it's dead again. I put it on a 2 amp charge this time so we'll see what's up. The bike is an early 2006 and it's pushing 40,000 miles so I'm sure that it's about due... not to mention the fact that I have H.I.D.s on it OOOooooOOoooOooooohhhhhhhhhhhh.....
