If that damage is from going down, dude's crazy lucky... Those covers are magnesium and pretty thin... doesn't take much to punch a hole in them... Also, it doesn't look like the frame had any damage...

I put myself in the grass, too much throttle, not the tires fault. Can't really blame the tires for the second wreck because I am not sure what caused me to go down. I just couldn't get them up to temp in the cold and wet for them to stick well, doesn't mean someone else more capable couldn't. These things stick like mad when they get up to temp. I loved them at nashville.

I know the Buell is cheaper for me than the RC....I got a quote on the RC a few weeks ago...it was almost a grand.

BTW insurance on the Busa is only running me $53/mo... can't remember if it was Statefarm or Allstate.... one's what we got the bike on, the other's what we got everything else on.
