Win7 problem

When I be in a folder with pics. It wont let my re-arrange them when dragging them.

Just found out that M$ FUCKIN REMOVED THIS FEATURE CAUSE, "NO BODY USES IT." FTW. I use it ever fucking day. All folders/files have to been in some kind of order set by M$. You can't just drag them around to where you want them to be.
