I wanted to get a set of cold weather (under leather) gear for the winter. Unfortunately, the brand that my husband has and loves does not make women's sizes. :tt:
Does anyone know of good and WARM under leather gear specifically cut for women?
This is what my husband has...(pants and shirt)

underarmour is good stuff
BMW has some fancy cold gear that works awesome too.

UnderArmor Coldgear for chicks. Enough said.
And yes, BMW also has jacket liners/pant liners for chicks as well. But be prepared to pay the Roundel Tax though. Just buy the UnderArmor long sleeve compression T-shirt and leggings and you'll be plenty warm. Probably too warm.

Do you guys know anything about their different names for their cold gear?

Not including the top with the hood or the one with the zipper, there are three tops...and a few different pant types too.
Is their fabric thin like the heat gear? Or is it a bit thicker?

The Coldgear fabric is much thicker. Go with the Mock for top and whichever leggings that you think you need. Looks like the Inferno is the warmest. But I gotta tell you that your legs are the least that get cold because it's well protected by the fairing so that it's not as exposed to the cold wind as your torso.
Granted that I'm a fat dude with lots of natural insulation, but my riding get-up for the Cali high desert (which runs into the mid-20s) are Coldgear compression long sleeve Tee, Coldgear leggings, full leathers, UA balaclava under full face helmet. Gloves are dependent on which vehicle I'm taking. If it's the Beemer with the blister hot heated grips then just the regular leather gauntlets (no perforations/ventilations). If it's one of the other bikes, then it's the Cortech Winter Scarab - with a pair of silk glove liners on the side for just in case the gloves aren't warm enough.

I just have the Women's ColdGear frostwork crew long sleeve and a sports bra. But I use mine for work. Kinda a pansy when it comes to riding in the cold though. But personal preference I think that stuff is great when it's on clearance

Under 50?! :willy:
yes under 50. If I waited until it was warmer than 50 I would only get 2 monts a year to ride!!!
That's about the temp span I use. You can wear it for whatever temps you see fit.
I accidently grabbed the wrong ones going to a track day, ended up wearing the cold gear under my leathers all day. It was about 75 in the pits that day, no wind, and I had no issues.
Still, heat gear works better.

Under 50?! :willy:
I have under armour for running and will wear at anything under 40.
I have a couple of the coldgear sub-zero mocks and the frosty tight leggings. They are both very nice.
The cold gear is thicker than the heat gear but it isn't bad. The fit is tight/snug.
I hope you found something!
