Well, I'm sitting in an airport with Ulu and my rambunctious 3 year old. That's right, I'm flying somewhere. To North Dakota. I'm really thrilled, especially since my day started at 0700 yesterday. I just hope the boy let's me sleep on the plane. Right now he's bouncing off the walls. I'll be gone for the next couple of weeks, we'll see how it goes. Thank God they sell alcohol in North Dakota.

Now I'm sitting in the Memphis airport drinking a $7 beer and enjoying the first cigarette I've been able to get since 0330 this morning. Ulu says she's nauseaus and I'm wondering if she might be pregnant again. I sure hope so, although it would be damned inconvenient if she couldn't enjoy her vacation, she's really looking forward to it. We'll see when we arrive, probably pick up one of those tests. Boarding in half an hour, hope the Afrin helps with my ears hurting on landing in Minneapolis. Grand Forks, here I come for better or worse.

Well, we eventually made it here. I'm a little drunk, recovering fro
the last day and a half of being really drunk. It's cold as balls here, really fuckin cold. We went to WalMart yesterday and to the liquor store. Ulu was dying, huddling near heat sources wherever thy were to be found. I on the other hand was totally fine. I am cheating though, I'm wearing my dragging jeans and my leather bike jacket with liners. Still though, even though it is warmer than normal here I'm surprised the cold isn't taking me out.

Still haven't found out if Ulu is pregnant, we forgot to get the little test at Wally Wold, so we're not sure yet. She's nauseaus still, irritable, and is dipping pickles in peanut butter. We remain in suspense.

Ulu's very Catholic parents are trying to convince us to go to mass with them. While I have an exemption looks like Ulu will be forced to attend. Poor girl, it's funny to see her trying to appease her parents instead of what I usually go through with my mom. Well, looks like I'm running dry, time for beer.

We've come to one of Grand Forks' seedier establishments to play bingo with my mother-in-law. This is what they do for entertainment here. I'm posting from my iPhone BTW, and they have no 3G here. Joy.
