I dunno if it counts as "meeting", but I've been on tiny planes with Ethan Hawke and :rockwoot: Chuck Woolery recently.
Just at work?
I use to help Kane from the WWF shop at Best Buy. The men in black creater shopped there a lot too, but he was a douche.
Met Peyton Manning a few times too, but he was still in college back then.

I met Marisa Tomei about 10 yrs ago....but had no idea who she was at the time. Her brother Adam was a good friend of my boss' son. We were down there at his son's place to just drop in on him while we were at a job meeting in Charlotte. She was there with her brother just hanging out.
I thought nothing of it...till my boss told me on the way home who it was.
Met John Schneider (Bo Duke) at a car show when I was 8 yrs old. He was at a meet and greet and I got to shake his hand and sit shotgun in the General Lee for a picture.
Met a few senators and shook Carter & Bush Sr's hand
Not star-struck or a fanboy of ANYONE so I've never been too excited over famous people. I figure they have to wipe their ass just like I do :idk:

I have met many in the world of professional sports but I will leave them off this list since they are so common to me. Here are some of the motorsport related ones:
Jason Britton
Ricky Gadsen
Greg Biffle
Kurt Busch
Richard Petty
Rick Hendricks
Richard Childress hit on my mom. That was pretty creepy to watch, but I was hoping he would pick her up and get us some hot pit passes.

Only big name I ever met was John Meloncamp(sp?). I was waiting on him and had no idea who he was. He was trying to get me to guess, told me some of his songs and I never got it. When I got home(I was in HS) I told my dad the songs and he told me who it was. Looked him up and sure enough, that was him.
One of the former Houston Rockets was a regular at the golf course I used to work at....can't remember his name now. Also, the lead singer for the band Dynamite Hack(they did Boyz in the Hood) was a member there. He's still one of my FB friends.

I served popcorn/drinks to Rob Lowe and Rob Reiner. I asked Rob Lowe if he knew he looked like Rob Lowe...he said "I hope so or my driver's license would be invalid" so I demanded to see his ID...yup. It was Rob Lowe. Worst moment in my 16 year old life.
My daughter went to school and played soccer with the daughter of Chris DeGarmo (who I only knew as "Riley's dad" until one of my friends FLIPPED OUT when she saw him...)

I used to be buds with Nick Stahl (Terminator 3, Man Without a Face, Disturbing Behavior, Sin City.) He is such a normal guy it blows my mind. The guy still gets his clothes at Thrift Town and drives a busted Explorer, lol. It was always weird to be out with him and have people recognize him and freak out, he was really shy back then.

I was lined up next to Rickey Gadson on the Track...My Buddy was like Thats who tuned my bike...and I was like oh ok...Then RIckey Cracked off like a 9 Second Pass...Fucking Crazy To watch.
Other than that...I "Saw" Will Smith In Times Square as he was walking into TRL back when that show was still on.
Keith Jones (For you Hockey Fans out there) Came into my Wawa one night with his two daughters...and I rang him up.
And Mike Quick (For your Football Fans out there) also came into my wawa with like 8 of his friends and I made his sandwich for him.
Other than that...Noone really.
Before they were "famous" Chester Bennington (he's from AZ and his band used to open for the band I for whom I was the booking agent) Mike Mangini (worlds fastest drummer - he was the drummer for my ex-fiances band) Jane Mangini (Trans-Siberian Orchestra - she was married to Mike at the time and we were all friends.) One time I was at a concert with Cori and saw the opening band kind of hanging out after their set so I thought I'd take a pic even though I didn't know who they were, and the singer asked if I'd like to take a picture WITH him. Turned out to be the singer for Hinder...
And if it counts that my work used to be the music industry then; Pantera, Disturbed, Queensryche, Sammy Hagar, Third Eye Blind, Charlie Daniels, Dishwalla, Lords of Acid, Leann Womack, John Fogerty, Fuel, all of Linkin Park, Sevendust, Sepultura, Nothingface, Hoobastank, Rush, Slipknot, Dashboard Confessional, and a bunch of others I can't remember....

Never met anyone while working but was having lunch one Sunday at the Quality Inn in town (awesome buffet back then) and Ed Begley Jr. was sitting at the next table. I recognized him and my dad got up and went over to see if I was right  He was real cool about it, signed a napkin for my dad, he was visiting family in the area.
And for you country music lovers, I went to school with Travis Tritt . I was sitting in Miss Kitty's, drinking a beer with him before the show he announced his first recording contract and single "Country club". They shot that video at Miss Kitty's. Talked to Danny Shirley of Confederate Railroad back then too before they got famous.

If you guys are talking away from work, when I was a kid(late 70's early 80's), I got to spend time in the LA Dodgers dugout and club house(dressing room), so I met lots of pro baseball players and coaches. I even got to meet the announcer for the Dodgers, Vin Scully.
Others:
Clee Montgomery of the LA Raiders.
Christopher Nance, an LA area weather man.
David Lee Roth at his house. He told me to get the fuck off his lawn. :idk:
Toryn Green of Fuel.
Elizabeth Montgomery of Bewitched at Universal Studios
Linda Carter, Wonder Woman
Tom Leykis - Radio personality
Charlton Heston - My aunt owned a shooting range that he would frequent.
That's about all I can remember. I went to the same jr high as Vince Neil and he lived 2 blocks from me, and one of my GF's lived next door to Tommy Lee but I never met them in person. By the time I knew who they were (1982) they obviously were not living at home with mom and dad anymore.

He didn't fuck her, she was too young but she had an older sister that I bet slobbed his nob once or twice.
