Looking for Honda's revamped V-twin... found this

did find out that the RC61 is supposed to be 1200cc... to compete with the 1098... but I think that may steal sales from the 1000RR... so I doubt thats true.


did find out that the Intercepter holds the monker of RC45 and so the rumored RC61 may just be the redesigned Intercepter... :idk:

I heard rumors of the VFR1000. I also heard rumors of a 1200cc v-twin Called a RC52. :idk: Nothing official though.

Honda has been talking about redesigning and upgrading the VFR for a few years now. Every year it keeps getting pushed back. Hopefully 09 will be the year of the new and improved Interceptor.

With the new 1000rr being redesigned so much and improved so greatly maybe Honda is getting on the ball. That or they perfected everything in the automotive, robot and time machine department and they told some bored Asian engineers to have fun.

Who knows. Still waiting on my CBR800rr. I think it's on back order until 2048 but I went ahead and left a $10,000 deposit on it. They guy said from the Honda dealership said he'd hold on to it for me.
