we got some of it but not as much as I'd like. A lot of it stayed north and south of us.
It snowed last night so the trails should be good once they start grooming

It should never be this cold. :(
Just be happy you have a sunny day. The only time I see the sun is when I go snowboarding and get above the clouds.

I plan on racing (running 5K) Saturday morning, it will be around 15 degrees. Not sure where the wind chill will be at. Should be fun with the snow we have had and are to get.
Yesterday wasn't nearly as bad as thought for my race - 16 degrees, felt like 6 degrees. Streets were plowed. We go up into a cemetery although plowed, it was still snow covered making traction a little complicated.
Right now it is 1 degree and I guess feels like 1, coldest morning yet I do believe.

Me too! I'm just not will to drive 7 hours to do it!!! My snow board gear is gathering some major dust. I should sell it...

I never learned how to snowboard. Really enjoyed skiing, though. Started out on some decent mountains in New Mexico (Angelfire is beautiful) and moved on to some awesome mountains in Utah (Powder Mountain was my favorite backwoods skiing). But now, stuck in Indiana, the snowhills suck. I haven't been skiing since 2001.
