Dude, there's a car there...

So this morning I was heading into work and was pulling into the work parking lot that is on the right side of the road, so I am looking right into the parking lot for spots. I hear a "BOOOOOOMMMMM!!!!" come from the left side of the car and instantly go into the fetal position expecting the car to start rolling because it sounded like someone had t-boned me coming from the other direction, but the car doesn't move. I look to the left and see a deer staring right back at me. The stupid fucker had run straight into my car. I was traveling at 10-20mph and was in process of a turn, so I wasn't going that fast and should of been plenty of easy enough to avoid. I guess the stupid fucker was trying to charge me. It took off my mirror on the drivers side and some molding, probably some denting, but my car is a beater and had dents already in my door.

Stupid animals, makes me want to go hunting.

Dude, I live in Jackson NJ. They're fucking everywhere. I've already taken one of the fuckers out. Thankfully, I center-punched him rather square, and he only took out the license plate bracket on my Expedition.

They're as dumb as rats, but weigh 200+, and can devastate a vehicle. I fucking hate deer.

Yep, happened to a few people I knew, including my mom, when we lived in Michigan. Probably tried to jump over your car but got the timing all wrong :lol:. Those things can jump like they have springs in their legs.

Similar thing almost happened to me a few years ago. I was driving home after working the night shift and see something come at my driver's side door. Turned my head in time to see the deer make a sharp left and run beside me for a split second before heading back the direction it came. fuckin freaked me out

An old friends dad was driving his work truck down a county road and a buck rammed the side while he was driving. There were a set of holes in his passenger door. LOL

I dont think he meant to ram him, just just to run across the road.

Yeah, step on a tiny twig and turn your head in the woods and they're off like they're on fire...but they don't fear cars trucks and tractors much. I think once they go in flight mode they just pick a direction for a while, doesn't matter whats there, Trip's car for instance :lol: I got a scratch on my right quarter panel of my '97 Firehawk when a buck tried to beat me across the road once. Luckily I was in 3rd gear and beat him by an antler ;)

A few years back, my mom was telling me about a girl who was riding on the back of her boyfriend's motorcycle and was knocked off when a deer t-boned them.

I pulled over, noticed it bent my mirror back, so I moved that back and noticed it also had only wiped the dirt off of the passenger side. No dent. (no wonder my parents gave that tank to me as a first ride)

I was pissed, so I got out and kicked the deer, which was either dead or stunned. Didn't move, I just drove off.

Back where I'm from they are a total PITA. Kill 'em all I say.

tanks they were, i had an '86 4x4, 4spd with the 360 4bbl. Bent the rear bumper once yanking up stumps in low gear. Bent it back driving it into a tree :lol: i really miss that bitch somedays, sure dont miss feeding her though...
