Anyone got a GPS-enabled cell phone that can be tracked from a website? Would you consider giving someone access to find your position while you're off on a solo ride somewhere?
I told my wife how to use the "Find my iPhone" feature online if I'm way overdue after a solo ride. It's not foolproof (my phone has to be on and functional), but it seems like a bit of added safety.

its not a BAD idea, but I'd make sure never to take the bike and go out to cheat on her....

Mine had google latitude. I've never used it. I've thought about it, but never used it.

Not for me, karen knows I will be struck by lightning if I ever go into a church, AMJ confirmed it too. So if its there she knows I am up to no good.

I found an app for my droid that is web site based. I need to set it up so I and others can use. Thinking of giving my super secret location to a hobo.
