the above is dated. I have all braided lines, clear engine covers, barnett clutch coversion (visable through the clear clutch cover) Wave rotors up front with gold anodized webbing....some other stuff I don't remember.

Not too much. Brake pads, handlebars, grab rails, tires, grip heaters, and clipped a few reflectors.
:edit: and emulators in the forks.
aside from grips and levers (and now that taillight) all my mods were internal.

A&R Race Baffles are in there; you just can't see them. I also had my OEM steering damper rebuilt by Kyle Racing, so it works like a real Ohlins damper, not that neutered piece of shit that Kawasaki puts on there.
That's pretty much it. A small amount of low-cost mods, lots of riding gear and as many miles as I have time for!
Nowadays it seems like it's more original to keep things as stock as possible vs. modding the piss out of something.

Not much. Homemade fender eliminator. Stalk turn signals. Painted headlight housing. Brake caliper and line replacement. Frame sliders and slider spools. I've got TechSpec grip to go on when the weather warms up.
