I traded with one of my students for the short ride from the Navy schoolhouse to the museum on base.

Who knew!?

I found myself wishing the museum was 50 miles away instead of 5. The throttle response was smooth, smooth, smooth. I thought I wouldn't like the riding position but it seemed just right for the feeling I had (I wanted to find some twisties RIGHT NOW! :)

Then there was my bike, right behind me to the right...loud as f*ck and annoying as hell. One twist of the throttle and I could have ditched her... tee hee hee

Time to expand my horizons I guess...

BTW: Whoever recommended TPG glacier gloves for cold weather riding....they don't work. My fingers ffffroze on a short 26 mile ride. So much for that $80.

Welcome to my world :rockwoot:

yours is different from mine or the bonnie. We have 360 degree cranks compared to your 180

I'll take pictures and post them tomorrow (well, if he rides to school). I have no idea what year it was.

As promised, here are a couple pictures of the bike I got to ride. Great fun. I may have to look at something other than a cruiser for my next bike. Not that I don't LOVE my bike you understand! :)
