Looks like I will be starting my season at NJMP on may 8th with absolute on the lightning course.

Its a relativeley easier course to stat on which is good since I ma starting on a brad new bike with lots of goodies (more on that to come in the following days) so Iiwll need some time to sort the bike out and get used to how it rides.:rockwoot::rockwoot::rockwoot:

What group is that with? Unfortunately I can't schedule anything just yet, but I'll see if I can make it out there.

I am sincerely jealous! While your out there having fun, scuff a puck for Smileyman! I will be all April rehabbing from my next shoulder surgery and all may getting back in shape. And this was supposed to be my big track day come back year...

Well it happens. Like it or not, no matter how shiney and new, how much you love it, sooner or later, it goes down the road! Just enjoy it while you can!

I'm considering "thundebolt" that weekend...need to do some research and see if it's a motard friendly track or more suited for 199mph bikes that will lap me like a fat kid at a buffet

T-bolts prety fast too but lightning is a flat out liter bike track. There are some tighter areas where you will do better and reel in the sportbikes.

Step one to being fast is forget about everyone else on track but you. I got most of my chops running lightweight bikes against the feild in CMRA endurance racing. Those ten year experta on the CBR thou are going bye bye so just concentrate on you and the track. What you feel, what the bike is telling you. Nothing else matters save learning the exchange between you your bike and the track.
