Did you read the article? There was a downed power line off the side of the road which the guy peed on. Apparently he didn't know it was live.

No electric fence.

I watched my cousin dangle spit from his tongue onto an electric fence once. The only time I've laughed as hard is when I watched somebody shock his little warrior with one of those electric flyswatters..

oh that would be hard to watch........................with a straight face, LOL

my son (at 17) grabbed an elec fennce at the zoo, after I warned him it would shock him. Apparently parents are so incredibly stupid they think fences could give an elec shock. I had no sympathy for him at all but I did get a hell of a good laugh at it when he was shaking his hand and whimpering. best line was "they should warn people about that" I told him the 1st graders were smart enough not to grab it.

the final slap for that one was -- we live in the damn country --

Well - mythbusters were right. He didn't pee on the line. He grabbed the line while peeing.
