This is a local bike.. And the guy is not full of crap. Confirmed 182 rwhp on the dyno by some of the local guys here.

Not a honda fan, but DAMN, that's very nice. I'd love to get that thing onto a track, I'd highside myself three counties over with a hard-on.

The heads were ported and polished in winter of '08

You pull off the head and you take a dremel tool and shave away at some of the material in the intake and exhaust ports. Then you polish it to a nice smooth shine.
I wouldn't recommend you doing this. Let a professional who knows where the optimum areas are to reduce. You can really mess up an engine if you remove too much of the head material.
