I know this is old news but it still pisses me off that Harley cut Buell and will now use up showroom on Korean cruisers branded as an ATK. Isnt H-D supposed to be all patriotic?

No. Harley marketing is all patriotic. The actual bikes have had foreign parts on them for years.

If you meant "It works" then I agree. I just think it is disingenuous to sell that "Made in the USA" "Buy American" idea when parts on the bike aren't. The only thing that surprises me is that they didn't take the Hyosung/ATK bikes and repaint/rename them "Stars and Bars Specials" or something.

I talked with a friend and he seems to think that this has way more to do with selling Harleys in Chinese dealerships then it does selling cheap bikes here. Pretty much the same deal with Royal Enfeild and India dealerships.
