Has anyone had a rotten experience ordering from them? I'm going through one right now.

Here it is, 15 days after I placed my order and I've only received most of it. The entire order was supposed to ship within 24 hours. They do not answer emails. I had to call them to get any response, which was "It shipped from a different warehouse."

Now, for the order that I have received, one of the items was defective (BikeMaster tire gauge). I went online and requested an RMA and received no response.

Their live chat service is not available even if you try it during the correct posted hours.

I sent them some more emails and will most likely have to call during their business hours on Monday.

That sucks. I have gotten the it shipped from different warehouses line beofre but my stuff always arrived within a few days of each other.

Thats prety lame as far as them not getting back to you though.

Recently I have been ordering from motorcycle super store or comp accesories, and STG and have been very happy with all 3.

On top of all of that, shortly after I placed my order, someone got ahold of my credit card info and ran up a few charges of their own. I can't say for certain that Kneedraggers was responsible, but it sure is an interesting coincedence.

Only ordered from them once, and no issues.
Sorry man, I hate dealing with retailer issues.

I have never had an issue with them. I have returned pants and they sent me new ones with no problem (and no extra charge) plus I got a huge amount off my new chain because of their "puck buck" system. :idk:

But this was a few years ago...maybe things have changed. :idk:

I've only ordered on item from them, the person I talked to was apparently in such a rush that they didn't hear the entirety of my mailing address. Cell was out of VA but I was living in FL. I got a notice from UPS saying they couldn't find the street, had to call kneedraggers and figured out that they'd sent it to the wrong state.

I placed several orders with them, a few years back, and had only good experiences. Never had a problem. My orders arrived in a timely way and by the method that I specified.

Then one of the partners was bought out by the other. I heard about it because they sponsored an acquaintance. My next order was to redeem some of the "puck bucks" that I had built up with other orders, by getting a tail bag. They ignored my shipping request and sent it via UPS, which ended up costing me more than my "free" tail bag was worth. I still had maybe $100.00 worth of "free" stuff that I could have gotten from them but given how much "free" really cost, I've never done business with them since.

I use to order from them. But tt was so long ago, does it really matter? Back then we had round wheels made from rock and flintstoned around. Sorry.

I try not to order from places with bad reps like them.

I use local retailers for gear now and mrcycles.com and bobsbmw.com for parts.

I'm going to have to call them and raise some hell tomorrow.

I've ordered from them probably twice in the last two years, but always had good luck with them. Moto-sport.com is the one I have had the best time dealing with, followed closely by bikebandit.com. I have had a bad experience with motorcycle-superstore.com and haven't gone back to them since.

I have now discovered that the tire gauge they sent me is broken. Well, not broken, but assembled incorrectly. The needle is on the wrong side of the stop. So, when you put it on a valve stem, the needle just bangs against "0". Kneedraggers agreed to replace it, but want me to pay to ship the old one back to them. It's going to cost me half the price of a new one just to ship them the old one. I think I'm going to cut my losses.

Their website says they open at noon. I called at noon (their time) and their voicemail says they open at 1:00. I called at 1:30 and now their voicemail says they open at 2:00. Good god man, this is insane.

8Better Business Bureau?

nah, go directly to the manufacturer. I called Ron Ayers for weeks about my chain adjusters. They swore that they e mailed Gilles and that they were handling it. A month went by and nothing. So I e mailed Gilles myself and *bang* new chain adjusters directly from Europe, paid nothing and still have the old ones.

I just went to a local shop and overpaid for a new one. I pitched that busted one in the trash. Lesson learned.

That sucks to hear. They used to have such a good reputation too. Sorry you got screwed, but if it is any consolation I was just looking to buy a jacket. Kneedraggers would have been one of the first places I looked. Because of this I didn't even check their site and bought through newenough instead. Thanks for the heads up.

Me either. Heck, Leon's example of not doing every thing that they promised would piss me off as well. Sure, things worked out this time but what if it hadn't?:idk:

I did reply to their RMA approval for the tire gauge, stating that it wasn't really fair or economical to expect me to pay return shipping on defective gear. It would cost me $10 to return an $18 item. That was 4 days ago and I have not received an answer. They can go pound sand.

I had a long complex order issue with them back when I was waiting for my trip in 08... but the customer service was good... they just fucked up my order. they took care of me in the end, but it was a slow process... luckily i ordered early and wasn't in a rush.
