Enjoy them while they are this age. My youngest is 20. My two oldest have children as old as the ones posted here is an older picture I forget if I have posted it here before please forgive me if I have.
On my birthday 2 years ago (hard to get everyone together when they are this age)

You know you can wax all poetic about kids but really time, money, and energy invested in them really does bring more back than what you put in. I dunno, everything is vanity and striving after the wind. Most human endeavors are more work and effort than the satisfaction it brings and even at that it is afleeting happiness.

Kids are a lifelong pleasure.
