Expensive conversation. Much like a burnout, a lot of wheel spinning with nothing getting done but it costs you a lot in the end.
Won again verdict was 2207

Now you need them to start tacking on extra for your time if they appeal again.

oye
Thats not including court or lawyer costs. That number gets added on when they go to pay.
As an added bonus the manager who cused me out when it happened was there, admitted to dropping my bike and that he tried to blow me off when I asked for insurance info.

Any idea what made the manager admit to drooping the bike? I assume he denied it before?
Yeh he lied to dave and me when we tried to pick up the bikes, blamed the damage to my bike on us. Said that his guy didnt do any damage and it was like that before.
Dont know why he admitted to it but he said that there was damage and that his driver dropped the bike to the right and dented the gas tank on the rail of the tow truck. I wanted to know if he would admit to daves bike damaging the left side of my bike but he started talking about the dollar value of auctomart ebay specials and thats the way my lawyer went too. Anyway it was nice to hear my lawyer ask if chinese knock off parts shipped from hong kong that are 1/10th the cost equivalent to OEM parts, you know are they the same quality?
Anyway, he did good.
