It was grueling....Weight x Sets x Reps or Weight X Reps if only 1 set....
Squat: 190x5, 225x2x4, 265x2x3, 300x5x3
Flat Bench: 155x5, 185X4, 215x2x3, 245x5x3
Flyes: 50x5x10
Weights Pushups: (Body Weight plus 55)x5x10
Squat: 190x5, 225x5, 265x5x5
Good Morning: 225x5x5
Took almost 2 hours.....just thought I'd share..:redflip

Yeah, chest and tri's.... Legs should be on shoulder day and bi's are on back day.
My routine yesterday:
Flat bench 135x1x15 185x1x15 225x1x15
Decline bench 185x3x15
Incline bench 185x3x15
Cable flys 40(each side)x3x15
Tricep pull downs 180x3x15
Skull splitters 112x3x15
Single arm tricep extensions 35x3x15
done in under an hour.

I do not squat 500 but I'm in the leg day camp just without the crawling and puking since thats kinda disgusting.
In addition to squats on leg day I've been doing light squats as part of my standard warm up routine no matter what day it is.

I'd switch up bi's and tri's with back n chest, however Legs are their OWN day.
You've got 2 huge muscle parts, and a secondary in "legs". No need to be bringing in a 4th muscle group.
Even on an AM/PM split, quads in the AM and hams/calves in the PM.

At my peak, I could fill the three 24' sled bars with 45lb plates and put multiple people on top of it, then do sets of 12-15. Dont compare the sled to squats. Were talking int he range of 2k lbs. Thats not a bullshit claim, that witnessed by many.
Dont compare smith machine squats to real squats either.
My friend Chris has a vid of me deadlifting 740lbs, the bar bent in my hands. The bar is still on the wall at the powerclub(local gym).

It is all based on %'s of your 1RM. It's done 3x per week and actually used pretty widely. I'm through my 2nd 6week phase, but it def. is not something youu want to stay on for long. It's too demanding, but you will grow with this...

Leg press is really no measure of strength. I've seen 150lb weakings do 6 plates a side. I use Leg Press as an accessory movement only.

I used to use it as my main excercise every third leg workout, with front squats to support it.
The other two times would be squats and straight leg dl's as my main excercises, with the sled for accessory movement.

That's what I'm saying, The bar flexes easily at that 315 so at 740, I can see a permanent bend happening. When I dead lift at 405 I could feel the bar flexing. That was back in HS though I don't dead lift anymore either.

You also have the frame to hold it.
I'm almost at the 405 mark (my goal), but start to go higher and something will give out.
It flexes, not a permanent bend.
If the weight is dropped then sure..

Nah just lifting the bar off the rack makes it flex.
I hate squatting so much...I know it's important but I just hate the movement and the way I can't move for two days afterward. The fact that I can't seem to make any real gains doesn't help.

740 DL, 585 was my best squat for one, and 480 was my best bench for 1 rep.
1805lbs. Was still a ways away.
If I could throw in my 360*1 military press, i'd be over! lol.

Who said I had a problem with Cardio? Cardio doesnt make you skinny. Cardio without weight training and proper nutrition does.
