I'm not sure I should even look at the internet on Mondays.

Maybe it's because I suck at sleeping or maybe it's because I'm not thrilled with the projects I'm working on right now but....

I hate Mondays!!!!

Bitter does not even begin to describe my mood today.

Sorry for all the bitchy posts. I should put a "Monday disclaimer" behind each of them.

Anyone else ever get a case of the Mondays?

I went for a ride this morning. Then I ate lunch, took my daughter to the store to buy her a new helmet, then when her mother gets back we are gonna go out for ice cream. And I think I might take my son to the end of the street and back.

1. We have a lady here who pronounces it "the Mundees" - cracks me up every time I hear it.
2. There is a Boomtown Rats reference here somewhere.

It's PERFECT...for a couple of reasons...

1) The energy needed to get through the workout comes right out of any fat reserves as I've not eaten for 10 hours...and

2) The work out is DONE and out of the way before I even go to work. I get off work and have the entire evening to ride/hang out/do yard work...whatever. Far less chance of skipping work outs this way.

you never heard of the snooze button have ya

my fiancee gets up mad early to work out a few times a week. I have tried it but doesnt always work for me, but my schedule is so crazy I just fit in workouts when I can.

I like working out during the work day. No lost sleep, no lost free time after work.
