Well its that time of year again and at least my sabres are still playing. I was hoping they would catch montreal or philly in the first round. Boston is scrappy enough and has a good goalie that they could steal a series or 2, plus they beat buffalo 4 times this year.

I think this might be the best series in the entire playoffs no matter who wins...I wish we had Savard but the B's have actually done better than I thought without him. Recchi has seriously stepped it up as the playmaker in the last dozen games...

I'm looking forward to some great hockey in this year's playoffs. My Stars had a shit year, I'll have to sit down tomorrow and line out my picks for the playoffs. I'm curious how far Phoenix will go with the Stars old coach, and at the same time I kinda want them to lose because I've always had a thing against PHX (except for Kapanen).
