Ive heard of people using it before, I just cant remember if they had any complaints with it. Let me check my other forum and see if I can find the guys who use it.

It's made for fuckin tractor trailers.. I think it will provide enought protection for our bikes..

Plus its only 16$ a gallon..

That plus a 4$ Purlator Pure One Filter = a cheap and quality oil change.

Im actually about to leave to go grab some oil and a filter and I may go with the rotella as well.

I have almost 3800 miles on my bike with Rotella. No complaints here. It's quite popular over on the ZX-10R forum.

That's what I'm using. Rotella only offers 1 viscosity in dino, and 1 in synthetic. I run the synthetic.

Pretty sure they also make 15w-40

Unless I imagined it. :idk:

Unless I imagined it. :idk:15W-40 in dino, 5W-40 in synthetic. That's what I've been able to find.

I did my first oil change to dino at 84 miles.

I ran with Rotella 15W-40 dino and changed the oil again at 448, 1005 and 2714 miles.

At 3145 miles, I switched to Rotella 5W-40 Synthetic and am currently at roughly 3800 miles on the odometer, still running that first batch of synthetic.

The bike seems to like it just fine.

The only person I've seen complain about Rotella is that Amsoil dealer on the other forum (which I no longer visit). Go figure.
