...is likely to remain low for the foreseeable future.

Motherfuckers went and dragged the bitch out of ICU, and beat him some more.

Dayum.

After killing Mohammed Muslem, the mob is reported to have stripped him down to his underpants, driven his body through the streets on a car bonnet, and then hung him from a pole in the centre of the village with onlookers crying "Allahu Akbar" or God is Great.

For some reason, that makes me freakin' laugh

Hypocracy at it's best (though I don't feel sorry for the guy if he did murder 4 people).

Definitely some swift justice there - probably saved their courts a ton of coin

The hospital where my dad used to work had a guy brought in after a motorcycle crash. The owner of the motorcycle came in a short time later and punched the guy while he was still in the emergency room. :lmao:

At least that one was funny.. My dad seemed to take a certain glee whenever there was a motorcycle-related injury - as if his telling me all the gruesome stories was somehow teaching me a lesson.

Really dude? Have you taken into account the intelligence level of this mob or their collective investigative skill? I realize it says he is "Said to have confessed" but what the fuck does that mean?

No thanks.

"Said to have confessed" means that someone said that he had confessed.

You are no longer allowed to pass judgement on the intellect of others.

I believe, kind sir, that you missed my point. Who said he confessed? Was it some random person in the crowd? A crooked cop? A journalist that wanted a story? "Said to have confessed" is very vague and gives little credence to the idea that this mob acted in the true interests of justice.

Furthermore, mobs are not known for acting with rational and well-thought out behavior. Hence what we now know as the "mob mentality." Ha! And I bet you thought that was something that had to do with the mafia huh?

Don't get me wrong, I'm not a call the cops kind of guy....I just have a lot of trouble believing that a large, violent mob of extremely religious people who are rejoicing in front of a mutilated body can be trusted to enact fair, rational or sane justice.

There is a certain visceral appeal to this but I still can't bring myself around to supporting a lynch mob.

Given the general regard to honesty I've seen in Middle Eastern countries, I'd be more inclined to believe the guy owed some sort of financial and/or camel debt to his "confessor." And the "official account" given by police counts for exactly dick in these countries.

Democracy at its finest.

I knew a girl who did some time in jail. She had a cell mate that was in for murder. Her husband apparently beat her and she shot him. He was in the ICU and she came in and shot him in the head in the bed.

^^^That is some fucked up shit.

I'm not a vigalante justice person. I don't think the common masses are smart enough to determine who is guility and who is not.

thats happened in the ER a few times. Gangbangers start shooting each other and either EM brings em all to the same hospital or they pissed off some people enough they will MAKE SURE youre dead and will shoot you at the hospital.
