Just barely. The money we had tied up in escrow was the only thing that kept T from walking away from the closing table.

It had lots of little projects that have become big projects but it is coming along.

Sometimes I like to fart into my chair and leave it trapped there. Later, a small shift back and a pounce on the cushion funnels the stench upward toward whomever decides to get too close.
