It's about damn time... who wants to come to the track?

http://i215.photobucket.com/albums/cc182/zinnm/H2R/Open/8a62d212.jpg

I'm now open for business. www.elitetrackdays.com

So far this year - I have been a fire fighter, landscaper, crane operator, motorcycle instructor, mechanic, paver, building inspector, electrician, driver, painter, weed wacker, grounds keeper, and built tire walls. I'm sure there is much more to that list - but because of it I'm fully insured and can finally open this track for Motorcycle Events.

Good lord, 1068 mile trip.

That would be fine for a road trip, but a track day that's a lot of cage time.

WOW zoomy that's awesome! Congrats to you for not only finishing the project, but being able to carry something through yourself and managing all the little annoying aspects of a project of that size. Trust me, I can sympathize with that.... micromanaging a million things on a deadline is very stressful.

What's the total track length? It looks to be a fairly highspeed track if it's on the size order that I imagine.... and that turn (looks like turn 6 assuming you're riding CCW) right hander up the hill looks like a doozy! Highside Hill will very soon be the nickname of that one....

outstanding looking track... which way is it run? I assumed clock wise from the way the pit entrances are... but :idk:

Looks killer!! I would also expect CW, but looks like it might be possible to run CCW as well, although a hairpin as turn two would blow!!

can you imagine the drive you'd get out of 8 going down the hill on the straight though?

azoomm
05-16-2008, 08:58 AM
For Insurance we run Counter Clockwise, well, insurance and noobies. Going up the hill is less skeery than down. We call the top and bottom of the hill combo *Santa Rita* because she is the patron saint of the impossible task :)

The track was designed Clockwise though, and that is how we run it in cars...

your photog is badass, that looks like art, not just random pics

nice website too, easy to navigate

so....is some1 stepping up to plan the 09 rally/trackday/whatever u wana call it?

for starters, we need to know price, rsvp dates, one or two days, etc., and as track operator she needs to know how many ppl, how many days, what days, etc.

as far as i know, most tracks have a pretty set schedule for the next year by september at the latest. usually there are open dates available, but its best not to chance it.
