that is so funny, our Paul retired here a little over a year ago. looked pretty similar.

best part of all was he interviewed me for the job. started with what's your name and quickly went to "your resume' lists motorcycles as a hobby, what ya got?" 30 minutes of bike talk later I was hired. :)
