It will do jack.

It won't fix things but it is better than not scrubbing the surface at all.

There needs to be an all-encompassing approach.

I would assume that this is a result of the oil breaking down...

this is true, i think they should be doing everything they possibly can, which is not really looking like the case.

was more of a comment of disgust in what seems futile.
