This is pretty neat; not that I'd know where to put it on my bike, but it seems a little more handy than the regular containers. Might be kinda handy...

I have a dunkin donuts box-o-joe plastic liner in my travel tool kit. Gas stations might give you some shit for filling it up with gas (prolly not much more than the collapsable box). It was cheap (free), and will hold gas a few days before the plastic stars to break down

do people seriously run out of gas that often? has never happened to me.

I've never ran out on the DRZ.... or any bike.... but I have had to lay the DRZ on it's side about 10 or so times to get that unuseable fuel to the petcock's side of the tank... giving me another 10-15 miles...

honestly never ran out in any vehicle... though I have had my truck die as I coasted into a gas station...

Me either. I've had the truck very low before- to the point that it sputtered pulling away from a stop. The little remaining fuel all sloshed away from the pickup for the pump.

I've had to push the bike the last few dozen yards to a gas pump before, and sputtered my way to the pumps more than a few times. Never seem to run out of gas in a car that has a working gas guage though.

I ran out on my vehicle. I found out E is before E.

I had this once... E was actually before the E... contray to what I'm use to which is... E is 30 miles after the needle rests on the peg. LOL

But I did almost run out on the Ohio turnpike coming back from philly. Simply no service centers... went 25miles after the ultra said ZERO to empty... YIKES!!! It sputtered to the pump... put 5.95 gallons into my 6 gal tank.

A guy ran out of gas on my last real ride on the ZX-10, about 5 miles away from the nearest station. We rode in, chugged a Snapple (glass bottle), filled it with fuel and took it to him. We even got a paper funnel from the attendant. Worked great!

You could strap it to your tank and use it as a foot rest since you like to ride w/your legs streched out

...and thank youuuuu ;)

This is why I carry a siphon in the saddle bag. I fig it will prob be me donating some gas from my huge tank. But u get the idea.

 the only problem there is... I can't stand riding for a full tank with out a break.... that's 170miles at freeway speeds 220 if I keep it at 60...

you saw mine... helps not having to lay the bike over...

but I did run into a case where I followed my GPS to the nearest gas station only to realize (too late to exit) I passed three... and the one it took me to was closed. I had to lay my bike over on it's side twice.... and when I filled up... my 4gal tank took 4.7 gal :jd:
