I agree. If it wasn't mean to be it wasn't meant to be. And NOW you know why.

Nice... but two things... how do you have a bike for two fucking years and only put 1270 miles on it?! especially after dumping probably close to 2 grand into it only to sell it for what, 3 grand loss? :idk:
good score though for you D.
oh... the other thing was the polished rims lips... ruin the black and gold theme IMO
Rims will be powdercoated black and I'm gonna see who will trade some black forks for the golds. It'll be the same theme as my R6. And I know plenty of people who don't ride their shit whatsoever.

Yeah be much better with gold forks and black rims...
I actually had a guy that I met at a gas station talk to me about my bike... when I said I'd put close to 14k on my bike in 8 months he replied... "damn you think it will last much longer?" and "and no ones gonna buy a bike with that high mileage!" :idk: don't really buy things with the mind set on how much I can sell it for...
No. Black forks with black wheels. Like my bike now...minus the pinstriping on the wheels.

The lines on the R6 are definitely cleaner than the R1.

Agree. But the R1 from behind with a set of pipes...nothing beats it. Except a 1098 with pipes or a stock MV.

Love the black and gold of both bikes.
Congrats? Or have you spoken too soon about buying this one?
There's still a small window of me speaking too soon. The check's in the mail though!
Those things are a little explosive up top ;)

You need dark bronze wheels on both bikes. And black rearsets.

Black everything sounds rather boring (and unsafe/invisible) to me, especially when you've already got another black bike........but to each his own. :dthumb:
Yamaha are the best quality bikes in the world, IMO.

I can see why you'd say it's rather boring. I like my bikes to look average. But when you do find out what I've actually done to it, maybe you'll realize it isn't so boring. Google a stock '09 black/gold R6 and you'll see...
