He broke his leg on June 5th, the Sachsenring race is on July 18th...You do the math :)

Glad to hear/see it. I sure as fvck could not have raced this soon after my compound fracture of my femur. Of course that wasn't my worst injury from the accident either but still...good for him !!

Im sure hes had reconstructive surgery on his leg plus some crazy femur transplant. It doesnt sound too out there though, I was on the bike 3 weeks after a broken collar bone (very limited) and 1.5 weeks after my right hand at the last years rally

Rossi looked good out there. I watched FP1 for both MotoGP and Moto2....Lorenzo is having setup problems in the front end. Hayden looked good...but it's Spies who is turning heads. He'll kick serious ass on the factory M1 next year.

I think it was more to not stress the leg while off the bike

Fun to watch and glad I did because with the delay my dvr would have missed the ending. Note to self...add the extension from now own.

No kidding... we totally got screwed up cause my roommate has it set to record only an extra 10 minutes so we missed the last 7 laps. :doh:

It was such a good race too!
