Its been very bad the last few days, severe vertigo and migraines. I need to figure out a series of treatments so I can get back to work.

Damn, tommy, that sucks!! Hope yours isn't too bad, but it almost sounds like it will limit your motorcycle riding too. :( I'd probably cut out salt, alcohol and tobacco and see if that helps at all, at least based on the things I read. Hopefully, yours is a mild case that can be figured out and treated quickly.

I resigned myself to not being able to ride ever again(at least on 2 wheels) after the surgery. I havent drank alcohol in at least 2 years and dont smoke, so looks like a salt free diet is on my horizon.
