Someone here posted how they cook their beef ribs a while back; thought I would share how I make ribs.
We always use pork ribs.

Rinse them off well with water and pat dry with paper towels. Place them on some foil.

Coat them well on both sides with a dry rub - sometimes make my own, but have been lazy with it lately.

Wrap them up and throw them on a pan...

and cook in the oven ~5 hours @ 225'.

Pull them out of the oven and then finish them on the grill with your favorite sauce.
